Formed in September of 1997, CLiFF PiCNiC is the pet project of Eric Schuld, Matthew Moore, and Lindsay Haney. Their sound has been described as Progressive Rock, Acoustic Pop, and good songwriting with rhythm. They play original tunes, usually co-written by two or more band members. Their first show, a battle of the bands benefit concert, was well received by friends and others who had gone to see other bands. Their first album, _It's Not Me_, is currently in production and will be out in two weeks. Lindsay and Eric have worked together in a musical setting for many years adding and subtracting lead singers, bassists, back up singers, and other guitarists. Lindsay and Matthew work together at Camp Huston, an Episcopal summer camp in Gold Bar, WA. In September of '97, Matthew was invited to play with Eric and Lindsay's current lineup for fun. Two weeks later they had set up a regular practice schedule and began writing songs for their debut album. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
